The 863 Elite Fall Prep Volleyball League is a 6-week recreational volleyball program designed for athletes ages 8–16 who are looking to learn the game, develop their skills, and build confidence in a fun, positive, and structured environment.

Unlike many recreational leagues, 863 Elite Prep is built around athlete development. Every coach is provided with professionally designed weekly practice plans, age-appropriate drills, and a structured skill progression curriculum that outlines the techniques and fundamentals athletes should achieve throughout the season. This creates a consistent learning experience and ensures every player receives quality instruction.

Our mission is to help every athlete develop a strong volleyball foundation while fostering confidence, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a lifelong love for the game. As players continue to progress, they can choose to further their development by participating in 863 Elite Mini Club or trying out for one of our Competitive Club Volleyball teams.

One of the hallmarks of the 863 Elite Prep League is that every athlete receives equal playing time. Our focus is on teaching the game, developing skills, and creating a positive experience for every player—not just winning matches.

Ages: 8–16

Season Length: 6 Weeks

League Divisions (Co-Ed):

8–10 Years Old

11–12 Years Old

13–14 Years Old

15–16 Years Old

Practices: Once per week (1 hour)

Games: One match each week

Location: 863 Elite Sports Center

Divisions may be adjusted based on registration numbers to provide the best competitive balance and experience for all participants.

Season Cost: $135 per athlete

Registration includes:

One 863 Elite Prep League jersey

Six-week recreational volleyball season

Weekly practices and matches

Structured player development curriculum

Instruction from trained volunteer coaches

For the safety of all athletes, participants must provide:

Knee pads (required)

Volleyball shoes or athletic court shoes

Athletic shorts, spandex, or leggings

Water bottle

Our Prep League is made possible by dedicated volunteer coaches who are passionate about helping young athletes learn and grow. To ensure a safe environment for every participant, all volunteer coaches undergo an annual background screening.

Community support plays a vital role in the success of our league. We are always looking for local businesses and individuals to partner with us.

Team Sponsorship: $300

Sponsors help provide equipment, uniforms, and an exceptional recreational volleyball experience for athletes throughout our community.

Player evaluations allow us to create balanced and competitive teams. While attendance is not required, we strongly encourage every athlete to participate. Players who are unable to attend evaluations will still be placed on a team.

Practice Start Date: To Be Determined

Teams will practice once each week and will have approximately three weeks of practices before beginning league matches. This gives athletes the opportunity to learn the fundamentals, build confidence, and develop chemistry with their teammates before competition begins.

863 Elite focuses on the athlete's overall abilities, development of fundamental skills, team building skills, and practice discipline. 

This is done through practices and matches where the athlete will have fun while learning the game of volleyball. 

Ages: 8-16

Practices times: TBD

Each team will hold 1 practice a week 

(day of practices and times will not be set until closer to season)

Practice days will fall on either Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, or Fri.

No team will have set days. 

Times will be as early as 5pm start time to as late as 8pm start time.
