863 Elite Volleyball Academy is looking for Coaches!

Established in 2023, 863 Elite is experiencing tremendous growth, and we are looking for club volleyball coaches to join our team of supportive, family-oriented, and caring staff.

***Duties***
– Develop and implement effective training programs for volleyball athletes.
– Teach fundamental skills, strategies, and techniques of the game.
– Plan and organize practice sessions to improve athletes performance
– Provide guidance and feedback to athletes  to help them improve their skills
– Create a positive and supportive team environment
– Monitor athlete progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans

***Qualifications***
– Previous experience as a volleyball coach or athlete is preferred, but not required.
– Knowledge of rules, rotations, offensive and defensive strategies, and techniques of volleyball.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to educate and motivate athletes to achieve their full potential.
– Strong behavior management skills to maintain discipline during practices and games.
– Experience working with students or athletes in a coaching or mentoring role.
– Ability to climb stairs or ladders if necessary during training sessions or games.

***Pay***

– Hotel paid for any certain multi-day tournaments and all tournaments that are stay and play.
