863 Elite Volleyball Academy offers some of the best coaching staff available and structured with a coaching and athlete development philosophy. 

863 Elite Volleyball Academy will help develop student athletes achieve their highest level of competition and prepare them for the next level of play.   

Whether your athlete is just starting out in club, or they are being actively recruited by colleges at the next level of play, 863 Elite Volleyball Academy is here to help them achieve their maximum potential. We provide training and education on perfecting athletic skills, health, strength, agility, and volleyball knowledge. 

Led by Michael Zavolas And Ashley Naughton, 863 Elite coaches and teams are trained to compete at the highest levels of competition.

As many of you may know, I have been actively involved in volleyball since my daughter was 10 years old. Some of my greatest memories in life were getting to watch her play, and grow not only as an athlete, but into the strong woman she is today. Throughout those years, I was blessed to be able to train her, as well as, given the opportunity to offer my coaching and training to others. After her high school graduation I took some time off from the sport and found that I missed coaching, mentoring, and seeing the growth, and development of athletes. 

Coaching truly is a calling, and I knew I was being called for something more. 

Since 2019 I’ve been back immersed in the sport! It’s been absolutely amazing to be part of the growth, development, and to see the smiles on these kids faces day in and day out.  

With that being said, the time now has come to lead, develop, and organize a program of my own.
